Does the business know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as your assistant, using the name on your account, and says why it's calling. It never pretends to be you — and if someone asks whether they're talking to an AI, it says so.

What if nobody answers?

The call shows as failed with “no answer” or “busy” within about 30 seconds, and it doesn't cost you a minute. Voicemail is detected and we hang up without leaving a message.

Why do I have to verify my number?

Every call is placed from your own number so the people you call recognise you and can call you back. Verification proves the number is yours: we ring it once and you key in a code.

How long can a call last?

Up to five minutes. The assistant keeps things moving and wraps up before the limit.

Do I need ChatGPT to use it?

No. ChatGPT is the nicest way to ask, but you can also start a call from your dashboard on the web and read the transcript there.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and all call records within 30 days.
