Why do I have to verify my phone number?: Every call is placed from your own number so the people you call recognise you and can call you back. Verification proves the number is yours: we ring it once and you key in a code.
My phone didn't ring during verification: Make sure the number is in international format (e.g. +44 7700 900123) and that your phone can receive international calls. Then click “Start over” and try again.
How does the AI introduce itself?: It uses the name on your account (“Hi, it's Robert…”) and states the reason for the call. If the other person asks whether they're talking to an automated system, it says so honestly.
What happens if nobody answers?: The call shows as failed with “No answer” or “busy” within about 30 seconds. Voicemail is detected and the call ends without leaving a message.
How long does a call last?: Up to five minutes. The agent wraps up before the limit.
How do I connect ChatGPT?: Follow the steps on the Connect ChatGPT page. ChatGPT always shows you the number and objective and asks you to confirm before dialling.
How do I delete my account or data?: Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and all call records within 30 days.
